Tour Cost Inclusions:

• Meals: During the journey from the first sightseeing spot to the last sightseeing spot, one time tea, Breakfast and dinner are included.
• The tour package includes one-time tea, heavy breakfast, and dinner every day.
• Stay: Accommodation in the hotel will be one room for 2 persons per family. Available from hotel management. It will be obligatory on the pilgrims to accept the room on any floor offered. 
• Accommodation will be provided at hotels such as Sarnath Motel/Hotel Lotus-Inn Kashi and Hotel Tirupati-Ayodhya or similar.
• Transportation: If there are few seats then the journey will be done by Mini Bus / Tempo Traveler.
• Tour Guide: In Car//Tempo Traveler travel, the driver is the tour guide.

Tour Cost Exclusions:

• Entry Fees: During Journey boating, horse riding, cable car, local auto/taxi as well as entry fees to all attractions. This has to be borne by the pilgrims.
• Personal expenses on travel, e.g. Phone calls, shopping, travel insurance, medical insurance, sickness Expenses All expenses incurred for traveling from one place to another in case of emergency shall be borne by the pilgrim. It has to be done. The company has no responsibility in this regard.
• Meals are not arranged by the travel company anywhere in the train and air travel. Also luggage The pilgrim has to do the carrying.
• If the levy journey is by two different trains, only train tickets are issued by the company to the pilgrims. Also Including meal, tea, breakfast, accommodation during second train journey after completion of first train journey. Pilgrims have to bear all the expenses of local taxis.
• Excess Baggage: Costs associated with excess baggage fees or overweight luggage are typically the traveler's responsibility.
• Medical Expenses: Costs for medical services, vaccinations, and medications are not included.
• Souvenirs and Shopping: Personal purchases, souvenirs, and items you buy during the tour are not covered.
• Please note that while there is an AC vehicle provided for the tour, the AC will be switched off during parking, traffic jams, and hill areas.

•  For local auto expenses in Kashi and Ayodhya, pilgrims will need to bear these costs separately.

Terms & Conditions:

• Disruption in journey/fair/yatra/fair/vehicle breakdown/riot/government shutdown/natural and unnatural calamities/ In case of not seeing any of the sightseeing places in the Yatra due to traffic jams as well as those offered by the company. Company shall not be responsible for non-availability of service. No refunds for that will not go Also the duration of the yatra will not increase and the vehicle will not stop there.
• To show before or after the scheduled day's attractions in the daily programme, i.e. behind it- The tour organizer and manager have the right to make further changes and it will be binding on the pilgrims.
• Company's new brochure, SRA, daily program etc. All rules published in Terms, Travel. Written and oral instructions of the manager will be binding on the pilgrims.
• Hotel check-in time everywhere is 15.00 hrs. Because of any trip overnight the next day after the trip. In the morning, the bathroom arrangement at the place of stay is collective/common.
• Local sightseeing is everywhere by non AC vehicle.
• In Car//Tempo Traveler travel, the driver is the tour guide.
• The money paid for the tour booking is non-refundable under any circumstances. If a refund is required. Refunds will be made as per the policy contained in the company brochure/daily programme.
